Who We Are
We are Adult Community Services and we provide In-Home mental health services for Adults and Seniors with Mental Health symptoms. The services we provide include In-Home Counseling, Life Skills, Targeted Case Management Services, Treatment and Crisis Intervention. We also provide mental health services to family caregivers and spouses. Our Targeted Case Management Services are also considered best practice with therapy and psychiatric services.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid-CCHA, Beacon Health Options, CO Access, Cigna, Tricare West, and Kaiser Permanente, Humana, United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem, Aetna.
